Juicy, mature and bright with persistent minerality, salinity, as well as a salivating finish. The aromatics keep hitting the high notes as it evolves. A high-energy, succulent, high-definition white Burgundy that is hard to put down. No SO2 added.

Mature fruitiness from the vintage but with succulence and a burst of tangy acidity to keep you salivating. Dark cherries, blackberry and whiplash of pomegranate. More Pinot than Gamay in taste and complexity here. Very deep for a Coteaux, but at the same time oh-so-free and intriguing with its vivacious wildness. No SO2 added.
