As gentle and pretty as a Cab Franc gets, this shows the softer side of the variety that few know. Tea leaf scented, red-fruited with the subtlest hint of tannins, immensely drinkable. There is an innate structure to keep it together and that recurring zen theme across all of Damien's offering. No SO2 added. 10.9% alc.

A fabulous depth and whispery structure in this gamay, quite intense but not overly serious. None of the usual candied fruit character but a cool currant and cherry fruit instead. Très Pinot, really. Glides so easily on the palate with a captivating inner mouth perfume as time wears on. Hard to put this glass down. No SO2 added. 11.3% alc.

Beautifully perfumed with pears, green apple, honeysuckle and hay. At once mouth-filling and mouthwatering, it pobsesses an outstanding midpalate presence and layered inner mouth perfume. The complexity builds, and builds. Purity and energy in a joyous bundle. This shows Damien's understated mastery of his craft. Wow! No SO2 added. 12.5% alc.

The only wine bearing its vineyard name and rightfully so as it's over 60-years old. This is a showcase of tranquility (excuse the oxymoron). Serene, pure, soothing red wine with brilliantly-defined red berries fruitiness. A wafting of fir and a touch of spice peer out before a lush, sapid redcurrant palate follows through an unbounded whispery finish. This is simply too pretty. No SO2 added. 10.8% alc — and 100% delicious.
