An aromatic fireworks: flint, smoke, honey, stones, talcum powder, pear, apples and bone broth. In the mouth it is opulent, and palate-saturating. Impossible to believe this is pét-nat; its complexity and multi-layered dimensionality will give any top Chenins a serious challenge. Its electric core is wrapped in sap and silk; a vinous sensorial stimulation unlike any other. From a small stash of undisgorged magnums were recently found in an odd corner in Jérôme‘s bunker-cellar. No SO2 added. We have run out of words. Simply magical.
