Shipping policy

We offer free shipping to one Singapore address on all orders over S$280.
Otherwise shipping will be a flat rate of S$25 per Singapore address.
Delivery schedule is set once a week, usually Thursday afternoon. Customers will be contacted prior to confirming the schedule.
We are unable to offer gift wrapping, bespoke packaging or packaging of individual bottles.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to other countries/domiciles outside of Republic of Singapore.

Delivery

Spend $280 or more in a single order and delivery fee will be waived. Limited to a single Singapore address. $25 delivery fee will apply otherwise.

Delivery is dispatched once a week (typically Thursday).

Cashback Credits

Spend $1,000 or more in a single receipt and we will store up 5% of the value of the purchase into your account. You may utilise the credit to offset your future order.

Cashback Credit is earned based on a single order, valid for six (6) months from the date earned.

Green Credits

Make an order in multiples-of-6 bottles — i.e., 6, 12, 18-bottles and so on — and we will give you a credit of 1.5% of your purchase redeemable for your next order. Thank you for helping to optimise the reuse of our winery packaging materials.

Green Credit is earned based on a single order, valid for six (6) months from the date earned.
