Refund policy
- All purchases are non-exchangeable and non-refundable once delivered and signed off
- Returns may be accepted if arising from the following situations specified here, and are subject to final review by Grape Curate personnel:
- A shortfall, packing of wrong wine or outright damage is found –
- The incident must be reported to Grape Curate immediately after inspecting delivery/collection by emailing info@grapecurate.com
- Once goods have been out of our direct physical handling for any period, any damage or shortfall is deemed to have occurred thereafter
- A bottle of wine is corked (strictly defined as tainted by TCA, i.e., 2,4,6-trichloroanisole) –
[ NOTE: Wines under non-natural-cork closure can never be affected by this flaw ] - The remainder wine in the bottle (i.e., >80% of the volume) must be sealed and preserved in cool temperature (<15º C) until it is verified by a Grape Curate personnel who will taste it to confirm the defect
- Returns request accepted for 30-days from delivery/collection date
- Issue must be reported by emailing info@grapecurate.com
- Once the conditions for returns according the scenarios described above have been verified, store credits will be disbursed to make good of the difference
