Fresh and floral — and oh so pretty. Raspberry, watermelon, rosehip, crème fraiche. Just the slightest touch of sweetness to round off the finish. Tonic and So. Damned. Delicious. Hard not to love this. No SO2 added.

Unusual rose-copper hue. Dry, brisk, broad, with a unique textural, gourmand quality, and salinity. Lovely inner-mouth perfume: floral, spicy, citrus-zesty. Substantial yet so light on its feet. Dangerously quaffable for a gastronomic wine. Zero sulphite added.

The first for this unique blended cuvée that takes advantage of the growing season – mature fruits but not alcoholic. Perhaps a quintessential red Loire. Floral, fresh but also fleshy, gently structured and appetising as always. Charming, with lovely vivacity, and also serious in the right places. No SO2 added.

"Sarmate" is what people from Sermiers is called. From ~45-yo vines from select micro-plots across Sermiers to create a cuvée that fully characterises the premier cru village.
