2 days of maceration on the skins, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats. A bright, crisp, crystalline white Italian with chalky minerality dominating the flavour profile. So light-footed yet expressive with a sapid, zesty acidity that constantly refreshes. Yummy and vivacious. Unfiltered, unfined. Minimal SO2 prior to bottling.

Delivery

Spend $350 or more in a single order and delivery fee will be waived. Limited to a single Singapore address. $25 delivery fee will apply otherwise.

Delivery is dispatched once a week (typically Thursday).
