From a lieu dit in Villers aux Noeuds premier cru. The second single-vineyard cuvée Champagne from Perrine Fresne. Half-and-half of Pinot Noir and Meunier co-planted in the same vineyard from vines aged over 60-years on sandy limestone soil. Macerated for 14 hours, then aged for 10 months in old oak barrels. Fabulous perfume of strawberry, cherries and wet earth. Vinous yet weightless, creamy yet zesty, the flavours animate and evolve endlessly. A very pale red wine with a zesty, saline effervescence. A terrific, highly classy, singular rosé Champagne.
